	Director, Michael D. Dell'Isola, PE, CVS, FRICS
		Michael D. Dell'Isola, PE, CVS, FRICS, is a Vice President of the firm DMJM, in Coral Gables, FL. A graduate of Tufts University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Dell'Isola has served on the Board of Directors of CSRF since 1987, as well as maintaining a
		working membership in many other industry organizations such as SAME, NIBS and CMAA. He is a published author of many articles and papers on cost control, value engineering, technical facilitation/partnering, life cycle costing, and project
	management. Mr. Dell'Isola most recently published a book, "Architect's Essentials of Cost Management", through John Wiley & Sons. Mr. Dell'Isola currently serves the General Services Administration and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts as an advisor on cost and procurement procedures.
