David E. Boelzner, Esq., Director

David E. Boelzner, Esq., is a partner in the law firm of Goodman, Allen & Filetti, with offices in Richmond, Charlottesville, Williamsburg and Norfolk, VA, where he practices intellectual property, construction and veterans’ assistance law. He holds a B.A. from University of Central Florida, magna cum laude, an M.A. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, both in music, and received his J.D. at the University of Texas in Austin where he served as Chief Articles Editor--Review of Litigation and was awarded Order of the Coif. Mr. Boelzner writes and speaks on issues in the construction industry and on intellectual property. He is a member of SCRIBES, the Society of Writers on Legal Subjects.

Elected to the CSRF Board of Directors in 1999, Mr. Boelzner served as Vice President from 1999 to 2002 and currently serves as general counsel. Mr. Boelzner and his family reside in Richmond, Virginia.
