Garry C. Zettersten, PE, is an independent engineering consultant headquartered in San Antonio, TX. Most recently he has established an engineering consulting firm in San Antonio under his own name.

From 1982 to 2005, Mr. Zettersten was involved with Federal Service for the U.S. Army, including public works management, engineering design and design review, resource allocation and funds execution, technical facilities management and environmental protection activities of the U.S. Army in Europe.

Mr. Zettersten holds a BA in Political Science and an MS in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, the prestigious Commander's Award for Civilian Service (twice), and the Achievement Award for Civilian Service during his employment with the U.S. Army.
