Julie K. Brown, CSI, CCS, SCIP, Director

Julie K. Brown, CSI, CCS, SCIP, is the principal of JKB Architectural Specifications, an architectural specification consulting firm headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA.

Ms. Brown was educated at Ventura City College and San Bernardino State College. Ms. Brown owned her own design/build firm for ten years, before turning her concentration to specifications. Her expertise in building delivery systems and translating design information into construction documentation has provided her with more than 27 years experience as a general contractor and specification consultant.

Ms. Brown has been on CSRF’s Technical Review Committee since 1998.
