Gregory J. Maust, PE, CSI, CCS, is Manager of Spring Garden Township, a First Class Township of 12,000 population located in south central Pennsylvania. Mr. Maust is a Professional Engineer with experience in municipal administration and architectural and engineering consulting experience with State, County, and local municipal governments. In his role as Manager of Spring Garden Township, he is the chief executive and administrative officer of the Township and is responsible to the elected Board of Commissioners
for the administration of all Township affairs and the supervision of all municipal services departments.
His engineering expertise includes over 33 years of experience in the planning, design and management of environmental, facility and public works projects for State, County and local municipal government.
Mr. Maust is a B.S. graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and a licensed Professional Engineer. He is a Past President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute and is a Certified Construction Specifier with the Institiute.
