Zettersten Joins CSRF
Baltimore, Maryland - The Construction Sciences Research Foundation, Inc. (CSRF) at its October, 2006 Board meeting named Garry Zettersten, P.E. as Executive Director. Mr. Zettersten, an Engineering Consultant, resides in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Zettersten's extensive design and management background includes 23 years of federal service, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as well as Public Works, Engineering and Environmental Engineering facilities in Germany, Baltimore, and Houston. He was instrumental in establishing the San Antonio office of TEC, Inc., an environmental consulting company, and was responsible for business development within the Army and in support of Air Force programs. A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Mr. Zettersten holds a BA in Political Science and an MS in Environmental Sciences and Engineering.
Mr. Zettersten replaces Mr. Charles R. Carroll, Jr., FCSI, who served as Executive Director of CSRF since its inception in 1967. Mr. Carroll, who resides in Roland Park, MD, retired as of September 1, 2006.
