Baltimore, Maryland - The Construction Sciences Research Foundation, Inc. (CSRF) at its October, 2006 Board meeting named Garry Zettersten, P.E. as Executive Director. Mr. Zettersten, an Engineering Consultant, resides in San Antonio, TX.

Mr. Zettersten's extensive design and management background includes 23 years of federal service, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as well as Public Works, Engineering and Environmental Engineering facilities in Germany, Baltimore, and Houston. He was instrumental in establishing the San Antonio office of TEC, Inc., an environmental consulting company, and was responsible for business development within the Army and in support of Air Force programs.

A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Mr. Zettersten holds a BA in Political Science and an MS in Environmental Sciences and Engineering.

CSRF is an independent, not-for-profit construction industry research organization dedicated to unifying and integrating communication between programs and design-communications processes used in facilities design and construction.
