Mr. Best was selected as The 1995 Young Engineer of the Year by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. 		Raymond K. Best, PE, is a Principal of The Environmental Company, Inc., and Division President of TEC Engineering headquartered in Charlottesville, VA. Mr. He is a B.S. graduate of Washington & Lee and received an M.E. from Penn State. Mr. Best is registered as a Professional Engineer in the U.S. and is a registered member of the Ingenieurkammer Hessen in Germany.
