CSRF Elects Officers And Board
Baltimore, Maryland - The Construction Sciences Research Foundation, Inc. (CSRF) at its June, 2006 Board meeting elected Officers and Directors who will take office on July 1, 2006. Newly elected as President is Raymond K. Best, P.E., Principal and Facilities Engineering Practice Lead of TEC Inc., an Engineering, Planning and Environmental consulting firm headquartered in Charlottesville, VA. Mr. Best has been a Director since 2001 and has broad experience in the design, specification and construction management of facilities in the US, Europe and Middle East. Newly elected officers include A.B. (Buddy) Cleveland, Jr. Senior Vice President of Bentley Systems, Inc., Exton, PA as Vice President, Finance & Administration, Elizabeth J. Heider, AIA, Vice President of Skanska USA Building, Inc., Alexandria, VA, as Vice President, and Timothy Killen, P.E., retired Bechtel Engineering Manager, Orinda, CA, as Secretary/Treasurer. Arthur J. Miller, P.E., FFES, FCSI, Senior Vice President of AVART, Inc., an E/A firm in Miami, FL will serve as Immediate Past President.
