Tim Killen served Bechtel as Chief Electrical Engineer, Chief Plant Design Engineer and Engineering Manager, and Principal VP and Manager of EPC Systems. During his 36 year career with Bechtel, Mr. Killen also held management positions in the Information Technology group, including Principal VP and Manager

of EPC Systems, where he was involved in the development and management of many EPC applications and integration.

He recently returned from Iraq, where he served as Engineering Manager on the Iraq Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project. Mr. Killen has recently retired from Bechtel and is living in Orinda, CA, where he can be reached at: tkillen@killenwood.com.
