David Stutzman, RA, CSI, CCS, is President of FOCUS Collaborative, Inc., a specification and quality assurance consulting firm with offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His thirty years consulting experience includes specifications, construction documents, standards and practices, construction

materials and methods, and field observation for engineering and architectural projects.
 
Mr. Stutzman holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Miami

University, Oxford OH, and Specifications Writing from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. He has authored several presentations and publications related to construction specifications and taught specifications writing. Mr. Stutzman has served as Special Director of CSRF since 1999.
